Deputies from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a vehicle colliding with a fire hydrant. Body camera footage revealed the suspect, identified as Frank Clement Jr., admitting to consuming alcohol. The situation quickly escalated when Clement became agitated and allegedly lunged at the responding officer in a threatening manner, prompting a struggle.
